Domain Renewal and Expiration
The Customer should agree that Rashid Younus bears no responsibility or obligation to notify Customer of any impending domain name expiration dates and that the Customer is wholly responsible for such deadlines.

Hosting
Disk storage space refers to the amount of server disk storage specifically allocated to your account. This space is used to store your web site files, the html, graphics, audio clips, POP mail messages, PDF’s, software and any other files that make up your web site. Each of our web hosting plans includes a generous allotment of disk storage space, but additional space can be purchased for any account as is necessary.

Bandwidth Usage
You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of package, terminate the account or charge you an additional fee for the overages.

Backups and Data Loss
Your use of the service is at your own risk. We are not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You are responsible for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backups of files and data stored on our servers. The backups that we take are meant to restore the servers as a hole. If you need backups of your old data that has been deleted due to non payment, or buy your own mistake charges will apply.

No Spam
If you send spam, your account will be closed. If a client you host in your account sends spam, your client’s site will be immediately and permanently closed. If extreme cases, your account may also be closed. Rashid Younus does not and will not tolerate spam. It is your responsibility to make sure your clients realize that spam is not and will not be tolerated. Spam is a waste of our network and system resources, and Rashid Younus is completely intolerant of anybody who sends or attempts to send spam.

Cancellation and Refund
Rashid Younus reserves the right to cancel the service at any time with a valid reason. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer contravenes Rashid Younus terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

Money Back Claim
Rashid Younus provides you a guarantee of money back which you can claim within 30 days of your account activation date, Rashid Younus imposes no policies for claiming back your payment which means you can claim back your paid amount for no reason.
Please note that money back guarantee does not apply to domain registrations, there are no money back guarantees for domains.
We provide a 100% money back guarantee for hosting but if you had registered a domain name with your account you will not get any payment for the domain.

• Rashid Younus does not allow hosting of adult websites or adult material in any form like text, photos, audio or videos.
• Rashid Younus does not allow hosting of anti religion and anti government material.
• Any website found hosting such kind of material will be banned immediately without any prior notice, refund or backup.
